Adam and I are now the proud owner of a Nintendo Wii, who we’ve named Mr. Wii.
I was up in Grand Haven, Michigan this weekend visiting my Grandma, and I noticed a Target ad stating that they would have the Wii on sale on Sunday morning. Since I normally wake up at 6:00 am anyway, I decided just to drive up to Target at 8:00 am when it opened.
There was a small line of people, and when the store opened, a Target employee came out and said they had 9 and began handing out tickets. I just happened to be 9th in line.
I have to say, we’ve only played Wii Sports but it’s just amazingly fun.
I need some Wii friends!
ooooooooooh, lucky.
Jason is hoping to get one soon… unfortunately for him, he is looking to buy at the craziest shopping time of the year.
I couldn’t care less, frankly, but Jason thinks I’ll like it once we have it. It is an insane amount of money to spend when we’ve got a good computer, but Jason came into some money unexpectedly as a gift, so this is a special treat.
Oh nice. I went to Best Buy to get mine on the release date, I was lucky too, I got the 2nd from the last Wii out of 82 I think. The Wii Sports is so exhausting and the Zelda game… I gave up and bought the player’s guide. I swear I stood in one room for about 40 minutes figuring out what to do next. But the Zelda game is money well spent.
Add Mii, cause I don’t I’ll have anyone else to try this with (cry): 1500-3514-0959-8139
Jamie: Jason will absolutely love it. It’s just a great time.
Justin: I added you, you should have something soon I think.
Uh oh! There goes all your spare time, Bryan!
Oh how we (which Cliffy does use royally frome time to time) are jealous of your Wii, which we want so badly, to spend wonderful hours with a Wii. Perhaps, if we owned a Wii, we could be Wii friends (what terrible alliteration we have wrought).
Color me green with envy…..
I’m staking my claim tonight to Walmart.com and if I need to… Walmart at 6 am.
I sent my Wii friend request.
