Adam and I signed a lease today for a new apartment starting September 1. It’s quite the fancy place so for those of you coming to visit, you’ll be living high. 
It has two bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, living room, dining room and balcony. It also has a community center with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor), tennis courts, resident lounge with daily free continental breakfast, resident movie theater, fitness center, free complex-wide WiFi, and many other nice conveniences.
We can also pay rent with our Discover card for no extra fees. and actually get cash back just for paying our rent.
It’s also only 10 minutes down the road from work for both us. An improvement over the 35-40 minute commute today.
What happened to staying in Lakewood?
I’m excited for you guys, though… can’t wait to see it!
Well we started looking in Lakewood but weren’t very impressed with what we found. There were nicer places here but when we started getting up in price to where we are now, Pine Ridge just offered too much other stuff that the places in Lakewood didn’t have.
Plus with being closer to work as well as getting cheaper tuition for living in Lake County (like $500 a year less) it just made sense.
Can’t wait to have you over next time you’re in town!
