So I’m considering taking a Yoga class that they offer through the fitness center at work. I think it will be a good way to work on flexibility and stress reduction.
Anyone try it? What did you think, would you recommend it?
I’ve taken yoga a couple of times and it’s been a good experience. It is able to relax and stretch your muscles at the same time… I think it’s a combination of strenuous and relaxing. Hope that’s at least mildly helpful! Good luck deciding…
But stick with it. When I stopped for a while, I began to feel like absolute crap. I guess my body got used to stretching and moving and working….stupid body!
I am about to start yoga again, in addition to some meditation from the Swami J podcast on iTMS. Meditation helps me with relaxing greatly, and reducing stress. When combined with yoga, it is crazy what it can do.
